A deposit of $250 is due for each rental week at the time reservation is made. A camper cannot be held until the deposit is in place. The deposit is refundable up to 90 days prior to check in date with conditions (see below). In the event of a cancellation our policy is as follows:

within 60 days of check-in date, no deposit refund or credit is available.
within 61 - 90 days of check-in date a deposit credit will be issued towards a future reservation. This credit is non-transferable.Â
91 days - of check in a deposit refund will be issued less a 20% reservation processing fee
Coastline RV rental campers are completely booked for the summer season each year by March. A cancellation past March is difficult to re-book thus creating a loss of revenue. Our refund policy is based on this information.
